Job Summary


The Receptionist / Accounting Auditor serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting the accounting department with bookkeeping, auditing, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently in a team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front office representative by greeting visitors and providing professional customer service.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Perform bookkeeping and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Audit daily paperwork from store locations and maintain organized records.
• Process fuel bill of ladings and assist with monthly accounting deadlines to support financial operations.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or higher
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attendance record
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player

Skills & Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong mathematical and bookkeeping skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
