ASSISTANT BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER – SKILLED NURSING FACILITY
Join our growing skilled nursing organization as an Assistant Business Office Manager . This position supports the Business Office Manager with daily financial and administrative operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with billing, collections, deposits, resident accounts, trust funds, and petty cash.
Support operations of the Outpatient Department.
Assist residents and families with billing and account questions.
Assist with outpatient
Support Medicaid applications and follow-up.
Maintain and reconcile accurate financial records.
Assist with reports, audits, and month-end processes.
Work with facility departments to resolve billing and account issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of business office experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) required.
Experience with billing, collections, and resident accounts.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Familiarity with New York Medicaid preferred.
