Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Medical Office Manager to support the financial operations, office administration, and basic clinic coordination in our medical practice.This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a bookkeeping or accounting background, who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and helping clinic management with daily tasks.Administrative & Financial SupportManage and maintain accurate financial records, including:Accounts payable and receivableGeneral ledger entries and financial reportingAssist with monthly and quarterly financial reports, budgeting, and forecastingProcess invoices, payments, and deposits; follow up on outstanding balancesSupport payroll processing and maintain vendor accountsProvide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entryAssist with audits, reporting, and special projects as neededClinic & Office CoordinationAssist clinic management with daily operational tasks and basic coordinationHelp coordinate day-to-day office workflows to keep operations running smoothlyHelp ensure patient flow runs efficiently by supporting front desk staff when neededServe as a point of contact for staff questions and vendor communicationsAssist leadership with implementing office procedures, basic compliance tasks, and performance improvement initiativesQualifications2+ years of administrative, accounting, or bookkeeping experience required (healthcare setting preferred but not required)Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-throughComfortable assisting with both administrative and light operational responsibilities in a clinic environmentStrong communication and multitasking skillsSchedule & BenefitsMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMCompetitive hourly pay or salary, depending on experienceBenefits include health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for professional growth #J-18808-Ljbffr
