Located in the heart of the North Loop Minneapolis area, we're hiring for an Office Assistant / Customer Service Rep to deliver exceptional service for our customers over the phone, email and chat!

  $21-23/hr to start + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.)

  Schedule:
  
  
  8am - 5pm, Sunday - Thursday with a 1 hour lunch break (work from home on Sundays)

  : In-office Monday-Thursday in the North Loop area of Minneapolis - parking pass is provided!

  Start ASAP - contract role to work through February 2027 with potential to go permanent
  
  

Duties:

• 
  Manage customer inquiries (email, chat, and phone) related to orders, products, and website navigation.
  
  



• 
  Process and track orders, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely delivery.
  
  



• 
  Handle returns and refunds, issue shipping labels, and maintain accurate records.
  
  



• 
  Use multiple CRM and e-commerce systems to document interactions and solutions.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with the team to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  

Requirements:

• 
  Must be okay with dogs-our office is pet-friendly!
  
  



• 
  In-office B2C or B2B customer service experience (required); e-commerce experience would be amazing to have
  
  



• 
  Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
  
  



• 
  Comfortable learning and sharing product knowledge.
